1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Burvar LLC ("Burvar," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our website (burvar.org), services, and mobile software applications (including Shnorhali: I Confess with Faith).

By accessing our website or downloading, installing, or using our mobile applications, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Purpose & Mission

Burvar LLC creates and publishes digital tools and resources dedicated to spreading the teachings, spiritual traditions, and liturgical treasures of the Armenian Apostolic Church and the wider Oriental Orthodox Christian family. All resources are offered to foster reverent study, personal prayer, and theological reflection.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

        Sacred Texts & Software Rights:

        The historical prayers, hymns, and sacred patristic writings (such as the prayers of St. Nerses Shnorhali) are part of the holy, timeless heritage of the Armenian Apostolic Church. 
        However, the software source code, visual design, custom UI components, iconography, logos, branding, typography styling, and proprietary text arrangements are protected intellectual property owned by Burvar LLC.
      

You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based upon the software architecture or application binaries of Burvar LLC without express written authorization.

4. Mobile Application License (EULA)

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Burvar LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our mobile applications on personal devices owned or controlled by you, solely for your personal, non-commercial, spiritual, or educational use.

5. User Submissions & Contact Inquiries

Any feedback, suggestions, questions, or comments submitted to Burvar LLC via our contact form or email shall be non-confidential. You agree that Burvar LLC may use any feedback or suggestions you provide to improve our products or publications without restriction or obligation to compensate you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website, applications, and all associated content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Burvar LLC disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Burvar LLC, its officers, directors, contributors, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, our services or applications.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Burvar LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted directly to this page with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp. Continued use of our site or apps following such revisions indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
